Fresh Product Nature

Since mangoes are perishable agricultural products, refunds or replacements are only applicable in specific cases mentioned below.

Eligible Refund or Replacement Cases

  • 📦 Wrong product delivered
  • 🚚 Product significantly damaged during delivery
  • 🍋 Product received in spoiled condition
  • ❌ Missing items from the order

Claim Time

Customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the issue for verification.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Natural variations in mango color, sweetness, or size
  • Minor cosmetic marks caused during transportation
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Delivery delays caused by courier services or weather conditions

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer within 5–7 business days.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
